Job Overview
The Resort Marketing Specialist acts as a key point of contact and provides essential support to the Resort Marketing Project Managers in executing significant initiatives while managing daily signage and promotional materials to assist our diverse range of internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will engage with various leaders across the resorts and corporate teams to facilitate new projects.

  • Contributes to the design, execution, and oversight of multiple resort marketing campaigns and signage needs as requested by internal stakeholders.
  • Utilizes Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets for document archiving and project management, ensuring project reports are updated with current statuses and deliverables.
  • Regularly reviews and updates the content on company websites for resorts, retail, spa, and dining venues, as well as other platforms featuring WR brands.
  • Supplies the Website Management teams with the latest information regarding resort features, amenities, and visual content.

Operational Support
Maintains a record of monthly resort checklist updates to ensure the availability of marketing materials and in-room items necessary for daily resort functions.

Acts as a liaison between Resorts and the Creative Design team, aiding in the creation of various campaigns and projects.

  • Oversees ongoing programs related to resort amenities, including Spas, Restaurants, and Activity Centers.
  • Initiates requests for signage and creative materials for marketing locations through close collaboration with the creative design department.
  • Manages documentation on the interface, including updates to relevant company branding standards as they evolve.
  • Coordinates project documentation and oversees logistics for pickups and deliveries.
  • Collaborates with various vendors and external partners on project initiatives.
