Insurance Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Specialist at State Farm Insurance, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving problems in a professional and efficient manner. This includes assisting customers with their insurance needs, processing policy changes and updates, and handling incoming calls and emails regarding policy inquiries and claims. You will also collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain customer records and update information as needed, and stay up to date with insurance products and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
