Role Summary:

The Member Service Representative/Teller will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to members, processing transactions, and promoting financial products and services. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote financial products and services to members, identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience in a financial institution or customer service role.
  • Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
