Job Summary

A Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe and timely manner. The ideal candidate will be willing to work as part of the delivery team to guarantee that orders are complete, packed correctly, and delivered to the correct customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice responsible alcohol delivery service standards as set forth by state law, including ID verification and specific Delivery System ID Technology requirements.
  • Follow all traffic and parking laws, operate the Delivery System, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Transport items in a safe and timely manner, being polite and prompt with a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles, provide excellent customer service, and handle complaints.
  • Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules, abide by all transportation laws, and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries, and operate equipment such as cars.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older, have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a valid US driver's License.
  • Covered under the insurance for the car used for driving, with an acceptable driving record via MVR ran by TWG BRL, LLC's Liability Insurance Company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, be organized, and have a great attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, demonstrated reliability, and punctuality, with the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Regularly required to talk or hear, frequently required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb.
  • Travel is expected for this position, and the candidate must maintain Indiana State Employee Permit and Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification.
