Summary: Seeking a Scrum Master for Digital Risk & Compliance to support product delivery teams, define Agile approaches, and manage product backlogs.

  • Requirements:

    • Advanced Scrum Master certification

    • 5+ years supporting scrum and scaled scrum teams

    • Experience with Agile coaching

    • Experience with both software Agile projects and change initiatives

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with transformation programs combining operating model, process, and tool/software components

  • Responsibilities:

    • Serve as Scrum Master across multiple product delivery teams

    • Define Agile delivery approach and required tooling

    • Build a robust product backlog with the Product Owner

    • Assist in collecting customer feedback effectively

    • Upskill junior Scrum Master through coaching



Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
