About the Role:


In this pivotal role within the Sales Enablement team at Nutanix, you will spearhead the strategic vision for developing and implementing sales resources for both consumer and commercial sectors.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders at various levels, you will engage in cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engagement teams, as well as external partners.

Your primary objective will be to produce essential customer-facing materials, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and competitive analysis, all aligned with the Go-to-Market strategy.

Your efforts will be instrumental in meeting our sales and marketing goals, necessitating strong leadership, analytical skills, and proficiency in crafting content for a wide range of audiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the sales enablement strategy for the PC segment, reporting to global sales enablement leadership
  • Drive the creation and implementation of various sales tools and initiatives for PC sales
  • Ensure that content production aligns with the Go-to-Market strategy for PC
  • Lead messaging development efforts as necessary
  • Oversee external creative agencies and manage the content budget for PC
  • Monitor and report on content delivery and performance, optimizing programs as needed
This position is based in an office environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields, OR
  • Associate's degree or equivalent and 6+ years of experience, OR
  • High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of experience.
*Advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for a portion of the required experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or related fields
  • Background in the PC industry
  • Specific experience in sales enablement
  • Experience in semiconductor companies or embedded device manufacturers
  • Expertise in marketing and sales content development
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and take charge of key initiatives
