Physician Education Specialist Lead

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Education Specialist Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that focus on treating complex arrhythmias.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development
- Outline the stakeholders, processes, and training required to develop a robust educational program.
- Build training curriculum for HCP courses and create educational tools.
- Lead the development of HCP Society collaboration and training program endorsement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support training and education.
Project Management
- Assist the AtriCure Field Representative in implementing 'AF Best Practices'.
- Stay up to date on current clinical practice and data.
- Manage a project portfolio with a mix of education and collaboration projects.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and clinical science teams to support training and education initiatives.
- Interface with vendors and 3rd-party consultants to develop educational content.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including physicians, field sales organization, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Advanced Degree in Health Science.
- Project management experience.
- 3+ years related marketing or sales within the cardiac device space.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interacting with sales management and physicians.
- Collaborating with vendors/3rd-party consultants.
- Solid understanding and application of AdvaMed and other compliance regulations.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly salary of $106,000 to $145,000, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience. You will also be entitled to benefits, including health care, 401K, and paid time off.
