POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketer is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for our water damage restoration services. This role involves building relationships with property owners, facility managers, and other businesses, understanding their water damage needs, and offering tailored solutions to ensure efficient, high-quality restoration services. The ideal candidate is a people person, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the water damage industry. This position requires frequent travel to different locations (company car is provided), networking at events, and consistently achieving high performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for water damage restoration services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including homeowners, commercial properties, and insurance agents.
  • Educate clients about our services, providing clear and informative solutions to their water damage issues.
  • Tailor meetings and proposals to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets and performance goals.

Qualifications: (training program available)

  • Highly driven, Strong work ethic, ability to perform in person in a target-Driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a talent for building rapport quickly.
  • Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to handle rejection.
  • Expertise in client relationship management and delivering solutions that meet client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid drivers liscense.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

  • Consistently driving new business by effectively informing companies about our water damage restoration services and securing high-value contracts.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of our water damage solutions, proactively addressing client needs, and delivering tailored proposals that highlight the benefits of our services, increasing the likelihood of converting leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Ensuring clients are not just satisfied, but impressed with our responsive, professional service, leading to strong relationships, repeat business, and valuable client referrals.

  • Training provided to all employees
