NDT Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled NDT Technical Lead to join our team at Unavailable. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing nondestructive testing methods to evaluate the properties and conformance of materials, components, or systems without causing damage.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and standardize equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate test results, and document results in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements.
- Develop specific calibrations and tests, and document results in accordance with specifications.
- Identify errors and defects in equipment, and use ultrasound, radiography, or other techniques during the testing process.
- Conduct system performance checks in accordance with applicable process standards, and maintain or develop procedures, policies, and techniques as necessary.
- Train subordinate personnel in NDT disciplines and techniques, and maintain documentation for training and experience hours.
- Vocational/Technical Training Degree in a relevant field.
- 4-6 years of experience in NDT, with a strong background in technical expertise, problem-solving skills, time management skills, and manual dexterity.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ability to achieve Level I or Level 2 certification in alignment with NAS 410 standards.
