Job Title: Executive Vice President Sales Manager

About the Job:
Sinclair Broadcast Group, a leading television broadcasting company, is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Abilene, TX. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.

About You:
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record of success in television advertising sales. You must have excellent leadership skills, a proven ability to motivate and train sales staff, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales team to achieve budgeted financial goals and grow station revenue
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase viewership and market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with local clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in a similar role in a TV station or Sr. Television Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
