About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Broadband Project Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and delivering agile programs to support business initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to build and maintain a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of agile programs to support business initiatives
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team, providing guidance and coaching to team members
  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with business and technology directors, vice presidents, and functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide oversight of project management activities and ensure alignment with company goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of experience leading personnel and coaching team members on resolving conflict and performance issues
  • Project and program management experience with managing or leading large, sophisticated technology projects
  • Developing and delivering professional presentations on project status and issues to various audiences
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools
  • Experience with Jira, Aha, Asana preferred
  • Experience in wireless telecommunications industry preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $126,200 - $227,700, with a 20% corporate bonus target.
