Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Water Project Manager to join our Water Business Group in Washington. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for advancing business development strategies, developing and pursuing new clients and projects, and leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advance business development strategies and pursue new clients and projects
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate work throughout the project lifecycle
  • Produce and coordinate multiple projects concurrently
  • Establish and maintain client relationships and work directly with owners
  • Develop proposals, scopes of work, and engineering fees
  • Coordinate inspection and observation activities, review and respond to shop drawings and submittals
  • Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate work effort to ensure completion within budget and schedule
Requirements
  • BS in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years' experience designing and supporting implementation of water projects
  • 5+ years of project management and leadership experience
  • Registered Professional Engineer in Washington or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months
  • Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills

The expected compensation range for this position is $116,130- $190,785 annually depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
