Job Summary

VAM USA is seeking a highly skilled R&D Prototyping Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of machining tasks, including sawing, swaging, and CNC machining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of machining tasks, including sawing, swaging, and CNC machining.
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in equipment maintenance and calibration activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in metal removal and metal processing.
  • Advanced understanding of machine shop operations and processes.
  • Experience manufacturing threaded tubular products.
  • Strong inspection knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
