Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to join our team at R&D Partners.


As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with our Cataract and Vitreoretinal R&D groups to develop and implement innovative solutions for our medical device projects.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test medical devices.
  • Evaluating and qualifying suppliers and components to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Managing prototype builds and ensuring that assembly processes are developed and documented.
  • Assuring that Bill of Materials (BOMs) are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conducting Production Readiness Reviews to ensure that products meet quality and regulatory standards.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in engineering and a passion for innovation. If you have a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field and experience in the medical device industry, we encourage you to apply.
