Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Alpine Air is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft to ensure they are airworthy and meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of aircraft components
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve issues with aircraft systems
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure aircraft are properly maintained and meet regulatory requirements
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and recorded in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • A&P License
  • 3 years' experience as an A&P, with recent turboprop aircraft experience
  • Preference given to Beech 1900 or King Air experience
  • Knowledgeable of basic fixed wing aircraft maintenance
  • Ability to locate and follow maintenance manual directions and component manuals
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word
  • Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, and heat. Work for this position is performed outside, regardless of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Compensation

This position is a Full-Time position, 35-40 hours per week, with competitive compensation, depending on experience. Alpine Air offers competitive benefits with generous Paid Time Off, ten (10) paid holidays per year, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k) with employer match are available immediately upon employment.
