**Position Overview**
Job Role:

As an Aircraft Avionics Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Diagnose, repair, inspect, modify, and maintain aircraft avionics and electronic systems.

• Accurately document all work performed in accordance with relevant manuals and regulatory standards.

• Follow General Work Requirements applicable to factory, shop, and hangar environments.

• Adhere to environmental health and safety protocols.

• Engage in 5-S activities to maintain workplace organization and efficiency.

• Execute all assigned tasks safely and promptly.

• Operate necessary ground support equipment as required.

• Assist in the removal and installation of mechanical and electrical components.

• Provide maintenance support at various off-site locations as necessary.

• Collaborate with other maintenance disciplines as needed.

• Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret electrical engineering schematics.

• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats regarding individual and aircraft status.

• We are looking for technicians experienced in troubleshooting systems from Garmin, Collins, Honeywell, or Sat-Com.
  • Minimum of 2 years of troubleshooting experience on Corporate/Business and Regional Aircraft.
  • Tools are required (tools must be etched and shadowed).
  • A&P certification is not mandatory.
Compensation:

• Hourly rate ranging from $35 to $45.

• Per diem available for eligible candidates.
Work Schedule:

• Flexibility for all shifts is essential - including 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts.

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday: 6:42am - 3:12pm

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday: 3:42pm - 11:12pm

• 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday: 11:12pm - 6:42am

• Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday: 5:00am - 5:00pm
