  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Assist with lesson planning, implementation, and assessment.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a smooth and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Para-professional license issued by the ISBE or ability to obtain one.
  • Bachelor's Degree in education or human services.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid Illinois driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Pass a pre-employment physical and background check.
