Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Registering Patients: Welcome patients with a smile, complete and update their insurance information with accuracy and efficiency, and utilize our Electronic Health Record system to facilitate their visit with our healthcare providers.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments for patients at one of our office sites or diagnostic departments, verify insurance eligibility, and collect co-pays and deductibles as directed by our billing policies.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to patients, either in person or over the phone, and ensure that their needs are met in a professional and caring manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned by our management team.
Requirements:
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
