Your Objective
Your primary mission is to ensure Block's adherence to lending obligations during federal regulatory examinations.

Your key responsibilities will include comprehensive examination management support, collaborating with partners to gather responses, facilitating timely regulatory submissions, and managing communications and escalations with various teams.

You will engage with colleagues in legal, compliance, operations, finance, data analytics, engineering, product development, and other departments to guarantee that Block meets all applicable requirements and obligations while, where feasible, minimizing regulatory impact and fostering innovation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee an examination program that meets our legal and regulatory commitments while striving to reduce business and product disruption.
  • Coordinate and manage federal regulatory examinations, working closely with team members to achieve satisfactory examination outcomes.
  • Assist in the preparation of all examination requests and inquiries, ensuring effective coordination with partners.
  • Collaborate with teams to clarify ownership and understanding of responsibilities.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the Team Lead and Regulatory Examination Project Manager, working together to devise solutions.
  • Support planning and coordination for any necessary remediation projects.
  • Schedule meetings with partners and teams as required.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating promptness and sensitivity in addressing regulatory requests.
