GTM Recruitment Specialist

As a key member of our People Team, the GTM Recruitment Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving our full-cycle sales and commercial recruitment efforts. This position is essential in enhancing our growth and establishing our reputation as a leading ESG/Sustainability SaaS provider.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers and the broader People Team to effectively address staffing requirements.
2. Proactively source qualified candidates through various online channels and professional networks.
3. Oversee the coordination of interviews and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
4. Design and implement interview procedures, including screening calls and assessments.
5. Create job descriptions and interview kits tailored to specific role requirements.
6. Support employer branding initiatives, particularly focusing on our NYC hub.
7. Organize and participate in relevant job fairs and recruitment events.
8. Cultivate long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
9. Manage job postings and monitor their effectiveness.
10. Conduct analyses of compensation and benefits for various roles.
11. Maintain candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
12. Advocate for best practices in Talent Acquisition and Development.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a mix of in-house and consultancy roles.
- Proven experience in expanding GTM/Sales teams within high-growth software environments.
- Expertise in both passive and proactive talent sourcing, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong partnership skills with hiring managers, demonstrating the ability to manage expectations effectively.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software, specifically Workable and BambooHR.
- A data-driven approach to hiring.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage ambiguity effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workable ATS or similar systems.
- Basic understanding of labor legislation in the United States, particularly New York State.
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
