Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the executive leadership to articulate and propel the organization's vision, mission, and strategic direction.

  • Demonstrated success in driving operational growth and developing performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams, with a focus on recognizing and nurturing talent.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving capabilities; proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on solutions and problem resolution.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
