Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $62,000 per year, plus a $1,000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment. Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC installation, repair, and replacement in a residential community setting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently
  • Conducting repairs and replacements as needed
  • Collaborating with other team members to resolve issues promptly
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of maintenance supervisor experience
  • At least 3 years of multi-family experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • CPO, HVAC, and EPA certification (preferred)

The successful candidate must be authorized to work in the US and have reliable transportation.
