Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team in Overnight Operations at Courtyard Nashville Goodlettsville.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing hotel operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
  • Complete end-of-day activities, including posting charges to accounts and running night audit backup
  • Count bank at end of shift and secure bank
  • Maintain work areas, including setting up, stocking, and inspecting cleanliness and presentation
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Less than 1 year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Marriott International offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
