Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Lead. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing direct supervision and training to behavior technicians in clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and design Behavior Intervention Plans.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians in clients' homes.
  • Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
  • Maintain positive communication with parents.
  • Collaborate with parents to incorporate individualized goals into the family's daily routines, thus providing parent training.
Requirements
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of home-based ABA experience.
  • Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (Such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.).
