Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, utilizing evidence-based strategies and techniques.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members involved in client treatment.
  • Provide support and guidance to families of clients, offering resources and strategies for managing challenging behaviors.
Requirements
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility for certification.
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques used in applied behavior analysis.
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
