We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Fairclough Behavior Services LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, and providing direct behavioral therapy services to clients with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, utilizing evidence-based strategies and techniques.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members involved in client treatment.
- Provide support and guidance to families of clients, offering resources and strategies for managing challenging behaviors.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility for certification.
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques used in applied behavior analysis.
