Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at SilverSwing ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our organization and delivering high-quality behavioral analysis services.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and individualized goals for clients.
  • Design and implement evidence-based behavioral intervention programs tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordinated care.
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or sitting for the exam within 3 months
  • LBA (If Applicable)
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing behavior analysis services, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and demonstrated expertise in behavior assessment and intervention.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation to drive between client's homes
