We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Goldstar Rehabilitation Inc.

About the Role

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism. You will work closely with our team to understand the needs of our clients and their families, and provide training and support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Behavior Intervention Plans: Create and implement personalized behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs and goals of individuals with autism, and develop plans to address these needs.
  • Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to parents and staff on behavior intervention techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.
  • Maintain Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Attend Professional Development Activities: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of autism and behavior intervention by attending professional development activities.
  • Supervise RBTs: Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their work with individuals with autism.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in ABA or Related Field: A master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field is required.
  • BCBA Certification: Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience Working with Children with Autism: A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with autism is required.
  • Strong Understanding of ABA Principles: A strong understanding of ABA principles and practices is required.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with clients, families, and staff.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
  • Ability to Work Flexible Hours: The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
