Position Summary

The Retail Sales Support role is essential in establishing and nurturing relationships with our customers. As a representative of the Altice USA brand, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to engage with customers and assist them throughout their journey in our store will be crucial in fostering brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology, particularly our products and services, acting as a reliable resource for both customers and team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all areas are accessible and functional, while promptly reporting any issues to management.
  • Welcome customers during busy periods, identifying opportunities for sales and efficiently connecting them with sales consultants.
  • Handle non-sales customer service transactions, including equipment returns and order fulfillment.
  • Provide expert support for mobile services, assisting customers with device setups and account management.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on inventory management and merchandising tasks, ensuring proper stock levels and organization.
  • Conduct regular inspections of inventory areas to maintain security and cleanliness, and assist in receiving and stocking products.
  • Participate in weekly inventory counts and contribute to process improvements for inventory management.
  • Adapt to changing priorities while consistently demonstrating professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Overtime eligibility for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to navigate a retail environment, including accessing products in confined spaces.
  • Occasional use of a ladder to reach inventory.
