About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers, providing a highly satisfied customer experience.
  • Store Culture: Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Merchandising: Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to established operating procedures, promoting credit and loyalty programs.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards, accurately processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
  • Store Recovery: Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day, maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
  • Teamwork: Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, and supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
  • Safety: Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of multi-tasking and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Retail Experience: Retail customer experience preferred.
