Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs and providing solutions to their queries.
- Cash Handling: Accurately operate a register/POS, handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Inventory Management: Count, organize, and balance cash, fill out the cashier slip, and make deposits as required.
- Product Knowledge: Understand and be knowledgeable of the merchandise for sale to assist customers and accurately process transactions.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment during service and at the end of shift, and ensure product in location is stocked to appropriate levels throughout service.
- Previous Customer Service Experience: Preferred, but not required.
- Previous Cash Handling Experience: Preferred, but not required.
- Basic Math & Counting Skills: Required.
- Ability to Work Independently: Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
