About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photography Team Leader to join our team at Eclipse Innovations. As a key member of our photo department, you will be responsible for leading a team of photographers and contributing to the development of our visual content.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 4 photographers and provide guidance on image selection and editing
• Coordinate schedules with reporting teams and schedule photographers for photo shoots
• Develop new ideas and contribute to the design of our daily newspapers, weekend journal, and e-paper
• Advise colleagues on image selection and support the team in developing new ideas

Requirements:
• Completed training as a photographer or photo editor, or experience as a freelancer with a desire to focus on photo editing
• Strong coordination skills and ability to build a network of freelancers in Schleswig-Holstein
• Experience in the daily newspaper and/or magazine industry, as well as press photography
• Proficiency in design programs and a meticulous work ethic
• Ability to work in a team and contribute creatively to the design of our publications
