Job Title: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary:

Tides of Mind Counseling is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team in Torrington, CT. As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will work with adults, children, and families to provide high-quality mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements:

  • LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure in Connecticut
  • At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting
  • Ability to commute to the location in person or hybrid
  • Pass a drug and background screening upon hire
