Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Specialist to join our team at the Swedish Breast Imaging Center. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience from initial contact to appointment completion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient registration and scheduling, ensuring accurate and timely information is captured and communicated to the technical team.
- Provide proactive problem-solving and communication skills to resolve patient inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
- 6 months of experience in a medical office setting, with a focus on front office duties and patient registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and record-keeping practices.
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting, with a focus on scheduling and patient registration.
- 1 year of experience in a medical office setting, with a focus on front office duties and patient registration.
- Proficiency in computerized scheduling or relational databases.
