Job Summary

As an HR Shared Services Project Lead at CVS Health, you will play a critical role in overseeing pre-employment and incumbent background investigation programs. This includes managing relationships with third-party providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing program improvements. You will also be responsible for managing internal reporting and compliance audits, as well as providing consultation to stakeholders to reinforce compliant practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage third background screening and I-9 vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Design and deliver training documentation to stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough data analysis and present findings to stakeholders
  • Provide consultation to stakeholders to reinforce compliant practices
  • Build partnerships with HR Shared Services teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver required services and controls
  • Manage applicable processes to ensure full functional Compliance and Audit activities
  • Identify areas of opportunity through organizational assessments and suggest changes in programs or processes
  • Create and generate standard ad-hoc reports for HR-related data and management analysis
  • Partner with Management and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and company mandates/policies
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 1-2+ years of experience in project management
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret, research, and communicate complex issues
  • Commitment to and demonstrated skill in providing excellent customer service
  • Proficient MS Office skills with advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with shifting priorities
  • Flexibility and professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Astute understanding of data analytics to maintain and evolve data integrity/audit/compliance reports
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with high-volume background and/or drug screening vendors, as well as Workday
  • Experience with high-volume I-9 vendors
  • Experience with Workday reporting
  • Capabilities and experience in Change Management
Education Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
