Job Summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures, and transport patients as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and ensure adequate stock of supplies.
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies, and to stand for long periods of time.
