Job Description

Autowash Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Car Wash Operations to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all car wash locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, financial oversight, and team leadership, with a focus on optimizing processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Operations Across Locations – Ensure day-to-day operations of all car wash facilities are aligned with company standards and strategic goals.
  • Team Leadership & Development – Lead, mentor, and develop Area Managers, Facility Managers, and Service Team to ensure a high-performing, customer-focused workforce.
  • Proactive Maintenance Management – Work closely with the operations team to implement preventative maintenance strategies and ensure timely responses to operational issues.
  • Develop & Refine Procedures – Continuously improve operational procedures to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance service delivery.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement – Collaborate with the Customer Success department to improve customer interactions and ensure a high level of satisfaction across all locations.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis – Provide detailed reports on operational performance and drive improvement through data-driven insights and team collaboration.
  • Operational Innovation & Technology Integration – Lead efforts to incorporate new technologies and innovative processes to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the customer experience across all locations.
  • Financial Management – Oversee operational budgets, analyze financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased profitability.
  • Strategic Vision & Growth – Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term operational strategies that support company growth and continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives – Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • 8-10 years of leadership experience in operations management, ideally within the car wash or related industries, and overseeing multiple locations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control strategies.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and talent development, with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams across multiple locations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with team members, vendors, and executive leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in Power BI, or other relevant operational software.
