About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the Pacific Northwest. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing and refining our sales playbook from lead generation to closing.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, including outbound prospecting and meeting prospects in person.
  • Conduct 30 cold calls per day with the goal of generating 3 self-sourced meetings per week.
  • Travel to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
  • Consistently communicate with cross-functional team members.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end sales process, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a competitive spirit.
  • Commitment to data hygiene and leveraging available tools and resources.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer flexible paid time off, holidays, and a stipend to upgrade your home office for fully-remote roles.
