About the Position

MaineHealth is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Information Professional to join our team. This exciting role involves working with E-Resource Discovery and Access, ensuring seamless access to online information resources and digital collections.

As a Healthcare Information Professional, you will be responsible for responding to calls for help, troubleshooting hardware and software problems across multiple campuses, monitoring system performance, and working with the Director to develop long-range technology plans.

You will also communicate with vendors, compile usage statistics, and provide exceptional customer service to colleagues throughout the MaineHealth system in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience demonstrating knowledge of medical libraries, customer service principles, and biomedical information resources required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, integrated library systems, specialized library software, and website design preferred.

What We Offer
