We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Product Specialist to join our team at Neff Automation. As an Electrical Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and bench-testing integrated automation solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a technical resource for assigned branch offices, providing expert advice on product capabilities and applications.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, schematics, and designs to meet customer needs.
  • Communicate product parameters and performance standards to customers, ensuring they are informed of product capabilities and limits.
  • Research and evaluate product performance and application, maintaining current product literature.
  • Design portions of factory automation systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Document all technical projects, including customer pre-existing equipment, operating difficulties, proposals, design schematics, and installation details.
  • Present product demonstrations and participate in sales presentations, showcasing our automation solutions.
  • Coordinate and schedule branch technical training for customers and sales personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent occupational experience.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in factory automation, with a proven track record of success and hands-on product demonstrations.
  • Strong analytical ability, mechanical engineering aptitude, and customer focus.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service focus.
