Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Kelly Services, a leading provider of workforce solutions in the Insurance industry.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance to customers.
  • Document calls professionally and thoroughly, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, driving continuous improvement in customer service.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks to support the success of the team and the company.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in a call center setting or related field.
  • Familiarity with health and welfare or pension plans, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Comfortable with virtual work environments and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to follow instructions and type efficiently, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
