Job Summary

The Campus Accounting team at Trilogy Health Services is responsible for the accounting and reporting for our health campus portfolio. We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepares and posts journal entries with supporting documentation
  • Analyzes and reconciles general ledger accounts monthly
  • Reviews financial statements for proper accounting treatment of revenue and expense items and provides commentary on historical trends and performance to budget
  • Engages with campus and home office leadership regarding monthly financial results and responds to inquiries and communicates items impacting financial results
  • Generates ad-hoc reporting and assists management with interpretation and analysis of such reports
  • Partners with campus and home office personnel on accounting-related issues and participates in process efficiency projects
  • Prepares audit schedules and other reports for internal and external auditors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
  • CPA or MBA preferred
