About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Therapist/Board Certified Assistant to join our team at Healthcare Resources & Management Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality ABA/behavior therapy services to children and adolescents with autism, intellectual disability, and other developmental delays.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments, consultations, and treatments in home and/or school-based settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to families on ABA techniques and strategies
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or RBT certification; those without a Bachelor's Degree who are committed to participating in RBT certification are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with children, preferably those with special needs
  • Valid and current driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work 2pm-8pm multiple days per week (preference given to those available for this schedule)
  • Willingness to complete all company training requirements
Physical Demands
  • Ability to perform all physical movements required, including bending, kneeling, computer typing, standing, and fetching documents from file cabinets
  • Sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities
  • Ability to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.)
