We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at the Hawthorne School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic behavior plans to enhance the success of students with behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior intervention strategies to support students with behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to develop and implement positive behavior support plans.
- Evaluate student progress and modify plans as needed to ensure optimal success.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral intervention techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and current student records and service logs.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology or related field.
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the State of California.
- Two years of experience working with special needs populations, preferably in the area of behavior and/or autism services.
