Job Title: Behavior Therapist ABA

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist ABA to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist ABA, you will work directly with children with special needs, utilizing ABA strategies and techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and teach replacement behaviors and other skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement ABA strategies and techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and teach replacement behaviors and other skills
  • Work directly with children with special needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Record data and maintain accurate records of client progress
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school degree or equivalent, college preferred
  • Must pass background check
  • Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required
  • TB test required
  • Bachelor's or enrollment in a B.A. or B.S. program preferred
  • ABA experience preferred, RBT certification a plus
Compensation:

$22.00 per hour
