We are currently looking for a Warranty Processing Specialist to become a valuable member of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate repair documentation.
  • Verify information and charges on Repair Orders.
  • Assist Service Advisors and Managers with the closure of open repair orders, and provide support to Technicians regarding booking inquiries.
  • Support management with special projects, audits, and reporting tasks.
  • Book warranty, internal, and customer pay labor operations and times on each generated repair order.
  • Create and manage purchase orders for both internal and retail subcontractors as necessary.
  • Organize and file Repair Order documentation appropriately.
  • Ensure all corresponding parts, labor, and applicable charges are accurately billed on the repair order.
  • Verify that all necessary documentation is attached and completed.
  • Confirm that repair orders are accurate and complete.
  • Close repair orders promptly.
  • Perform other administrative support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Previous computer experience is required; familiarity with CDK is a plus.
  • Dependable and punctual.
