Job Description

As a Municipal Document and Title Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying property information provided by clients and preparing files for processing using municipal websites. Your duties will include researching unrecorded liens, such as taxes, utilities, municipal liens, code violations, special assessments, and permits. You will also contact utility providers to verify information on water, sewer, trash services and municipalities. Additionally, you will enter the gathered information to generate reports and coordinate and research property lien information on county sites. You will review discrepancies in data received and advise your supervisor of any issues related to data.
