Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Altoona branch of Interstate Power Systems. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the branch's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all service and sales operations are carried out in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency to minimize waste and maximize stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
