The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the branch's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all service and sales operations are carried out in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency to minimize waste and maximize stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives to drive business growth and improve market share.
