We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Acquisition Program Manager to join our team at WiSC Enterprises, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing acquisition program management services and engineering lifecycle guidance to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) Architecture and Engineering Group.
Key Responsibilities- Provide acquisition strategy program management services to senior management and work across directorates to coordinate development of enhanced and brand-new capabilities for operational use.
- Provide technical guidance regarding programmatic and lifecycle engineering to the relevant NGA GPOC, as well as program management guidance and insight on service frameworks and models, agile engineering processes, and best practices.
- Support the development, coordination, and governance management of Request for Change (RFCs) and Engineering Change Proposal (ECPs) requirements documents.
- Maintain PMO artifacts using NGA-approved software, tools, and processes.
- Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management or equivalent specialized experience with Project Management tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field such as Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
- Demonstrated specialized experience in Cost/Price analysis, cost estimating, or financial management.
- Demonstrated specialized experience in managing Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost Plus Incentive Fee, Cost Plus Award Fee, Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials, or Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contracts.
