As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing front-end mechanical repairs, including alignments, brakes, steering/suspension, fluid exchanges, and repairing/replacing components such as water pumps, alternators, belts, hoses, and radiators.
Key Responsibilities- Perform front-end mechanical repairs, including alignments, brakes, steering/suspension, fluid exchanges, and repairing/replacing components.
- Work as a team to ensure mechanical issues are addressed and make recommendations to improve efficiency and quality.
- Examine and identify necessary repairs and maintenance needed for vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality results.
- Meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- At least one year of experience working in automotive repair.
- Energetic, ethical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
