Job Summary:

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages, including health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Conduct thorough physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and referrals to specialists when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices in family medicine.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or related specialty.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
